Unarmed Strike (PSR Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Other Dangers |
An unarmed strike includes any melee attack using part of your body: a punch, a kick, a headbutt, etc. Any creature can make an unarmed strike.
Attack Roll. When you make an unarmed strike, add your Strength modifier and PB to the attack roll.
Unarmed Damage. A hit with your unarmed strike deals bash damage equal to 1 + your Strength modifier. Some effects let you deal more or different amounts of damage for your unarmed strike; if you have multiple such effects, no more than one of them can change your unarmed damage at a time.
Alternate Effects. When your unarmed strike hits a creature no more than one size larger than you, instead of dealing damage you can do one of the following:
- Shove. Shove the creature 5 feet directly away.
- Trip. Knock the creature Prone.
- Grapple. The creature becomes Grappled with your free hand, if you have one. You can't have more than one creature Grappled in this way.
Mounting. When your unarmed strike instead hits a creature that is at least one size larger than you, you can mount the hit creature instead of dealing damage. You must have a free hand to maintain position on an unwilling mount.
