Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Ghirahim fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Ghirahim has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Ghirahim makes four attacks.

Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Energy Darts. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) force damage. As a reaction, the target of this attack may make a melee weapon attack against the darts. If the result is higher than 17, the attack is reflected and Ghirahim takes 7 (2d6) force damage.

REACTIONS

Grasp Blade. Ghirahim adds 4 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit him. To do so, Ghirahim must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon. If this would cause the attack to miss and the attacker was using a melee weapon, Ghirahim grabs the weapon and the attacker must succeed on a Strength or Dexterity (attacker's choice) check contested by Ghirahim's Strength check or Ghirahim pulls the weapon from the attacker's hands.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Ghirahim can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Ghirahim regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Attack. Ghirahim makes one attack.
Teleport (Costs 2 Actions). Ghirahim magically teleports, along with any equipment he is wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.

The Demon Lord, Ghirahim, is a servant of Demise. Flamboyant and theatrical, he flaunts his superiority, even in the midst of combat, though when things go against his plans, he becomes more and more erratic, revealing a strong sadistic streak and a powerful thirst for blood.

Variant: Greatsword

Although Ghirahim is most often seen wielding a curved sword, he has been known to wield a large greatsword. This variant's scimitar action is replaced with the following:

Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
