Geography[edit]

Akkala is one of the northernmost regions in Hyrule. The southern parts of Akkala is just above Zora’s domain, and the northern section crawls around Eldin and leads into a wasteland north of death mountain. To the east of the wasteland is a huge ravine with a lake shaped like a skull at the bottom of it, aptly called Skull Lake. One of the Skull’s eyes is a huge spire that is almost as tall as the ravine. If you were to continue down the ravine, it would eventually smooth out of the terrain into a forest. Down from there is the Akkala highlands, a set of hills that leads to another lake that comes from the waterfall in Zora’s domain. In the middle of the lake is an island with a village on it, called Tarrey town. Most of Akkala’s borders either touch the Akkala sea, Eldin, or Lanayru. The coast isn’t pleasant beaches, however. Huge rock cliffs are the only way up or down to the thin shores at the edge of Hyrule. Akkala has very wet weather, with it raining almost half and sometimes even more of the time, making it hard to climb and sometimes even see.

Akkala Citadel[edit]

Akkala Citadel was once a massive fortress, armed with cannons, and containing many rooms of weapons, armour, and soldiers. After the great calamity however, it has become a desolate place, the entrance blocked by a massive mound of rocks and the outside inhabited only by a few bokoblins, moblins, and lizalfos

Tarrey Town[edit]

Nestled on a rocky butte that ascends from lake Akkala, this diverse and multicultural society was the dream of Bolson Construction made physical thanks in large part to a hero of legend. The hero gathered both supplies and people that the Bolson Construction company molded into an exquisite economic center where some of Hyrule's premier merchants are able to provide both its residents and travelers with all means of common and exotic goods.

Ancient Tech Lab[edit]

The Ancient Tech Lab is a modified lighthouse on the eastern tip of the province. It is operated by a strange man named Robbie, a Sheikah researcher. This man has discovered the secret to the Ancient's Technology. For some rupees and some ancient parts, he can make Ancient Armor, Ancient Weapons, and Ancient Arrows.
