While you have the Stunned or "Paralyzed" condition:

Your speed drops to 0 and can't change.
Attack rolls targeting you have advantage, and any attack that hits you deals max damage if the attacker is within 5 feet of you.
All your attack rolls and ability checks have disadvantage. Saves made against effects you cause have advantage.
You have disadvantage on Scuffle and Reflex saves.
You can speak only falteringly, which prevents you from providing the verbal component of any spell. You you can't maintain Concentration.
