The rules which apply to your turn also apply to all other creatures' turns in an encounter. During each of your turns, you can move, take an action, and potentially take a bonus action. You can decide whether to move or take your action first. You can even move, take an action, and then use the remainder of your movement. See the move and action pages.

Additionally, your capability to take a reaction is restored at the start of each of your turns.

Other Parts of Your Turn. There are often effects that happen at the start of your turn or the end of your turn. If multiple such effects happen at once during your turn, you decide which order they take.
