Trade Goods[edit]
5th Edition has a table on trade goods in the Player's Handbook (p. 157). For homebrew, we also have 5e Trade Goods. Here, for the purposes of the setting, the table below can supplement the previously provided tables or even replace certain portions of it.

Services[edit]
Specialties[edit]
- Barrya Nectar is a honey-like substance that sells for much more than commonplace food. It is considered a luxury item produced only by the theoflora that grow in the Barrya jungles of Khaire. The process of their creation is a secret known only to the kikura'aht. Consuming a vial's[1][2] worth of this substance instantly rejuvenates a creature, restoring their hit points, features, and spell slots as if they had just taken a long rest. As is expected, this substance is highly valued, secretly kept, and extremely limited. Most people will never know of it in their lifetime.
- Patar is a greasy frybread originating from the slums of Premius.
- Pirates and seamen alike favor grog over fancy wines.
Special Materials[edit]
See also Metals in Grisaire
- Adamantine is a nonmagical metal that is extremely rare, found only within certain deposits throughout the world, primarily in mountains in Premius, Engal, and Lozor. It is extremely receptive to magic, which is why most items made of adamantine are weapons that are treated with magical formula. The ore itself is noted to be the hardest in existence, but is not inherently magical. It is valued as much as 1,000 gp per pound, and often times will not even be found in a market. Its unnatural hardness, while nonmagical, is something extraordinary and almost unnatural. This, combined with its high cost, should be handled carefully by DMs, as forge cleric characters may attempt to mass produce this. Remember that the channel divinity is subject to the divine caprice table and so gods can refuse the cleric adamantine due to its power.
- Mithral is an extremely lightweight, powerful, and rare metal that is able to lighten the load on armored warriors. Like adamantine, mithral is not magical in and of itself. And, also like adamantine, it is valued at a high price (1,200 gp per pound). Unlike adamantine, mithral is found only in one place, which is the coast lining the gulf shared by Khaire, Engal, Aerzale, and of course the Frontier. As a result, it is almost unheard of to see it in most markets at all.
