Evasion. When Minato is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Multiattack. Minato can make 2 Kunai attacks.

Kunai. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage.

Kunai Throw (0+ Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) magical piercing damage. He can throw one additional kunai per chakra point spent up to 3. On a hit, it leaves a Flying Raijin seal on the space it hit on.

Reaper Death Seal (20 Chakra). Minato and another creature become paralyzed and must make 1 death saving throw at the end of each of their turns, applying all the effects succeeding and failing death saving throws incur. Regardless of the outcome, Minato dies and the target loses their ability to cast spells or jutsu.

The Minato can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Minato regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. He can also use them during his turn.

Flying Raijin (2 Chakra). Minato instantly teleports to any place bearing a Flying Raijin seal.

Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, Student of Jiraiya the Brave, and father of Naruto Uzumaki, Minato Namikaze is one of the most legendary shinobi of all time, mostly for his mastery and regular use of the Flying Raijin jutsu. He is capable of entering Sage Mode for 1 minute after meditating for 1 minute. Shortly before his death, he sealed half the Nine-Tails inside himself, technically making him a Jinchuriki and allowing him to enter Kurama Chakra Mode after being resurrected thanks to having ample time in the afterlife to befriend him, since being sealed by the Reaper Death Seal kept the half of Kurama inside him from resurrecting on its own.
