This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Obito Uchiha

STR DEX CON INT WIS CHA 12 (+1) 14 (+2) 14 (+2) 12 (+1) 11 (+0) 12 (+1) Saving Throws Dex +4, Con +4 Skills Athletics +3, Perception +2, Performance +3, Persuasion +3, Stealth +4 Senses passive Perception 12 Languages Common Challenge 4 (1,100 XP) Chakra. Obito has 10 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Chakra Sense. When Obito takes the search action while he is benefiting from his sharingan, he may also attempt a DC 13 Perception check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 30 feet. He see a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by him. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt. ACTIONS Unarmed Strike. Melee Spell Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage. Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage. Obito may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 4 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit. Sharingan (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Obito gains the following: A +1 bonus to AC Advantage on Wisdom and Dexterity saving throws. Advantage on Perception checks. Obito automatically detects visual illusions and genjutsu and has advantage on saving throws against them. Obito must spend 1 chakra at the end of each of his turns to maintain this effect. [Source]. A Hidden Leaf Village shinobi and member of Team Minato, Obito constantly butted heads with his team mate Kakashi Hatake, only held back by his other team mate Rin Nohara. On one particularly dangerous mission, Kakashi's left eye was cut in half. Despite hating the other boy more than anyone he had ever met, his internal good will called him to help. As the two emotions clashed, they ultimately culminated in a barrage of kunai at the Hidden Stone shinobi, and the awakening of his own Sharingan. However, it was on this same mission that half of his body would be crushed by a large boulder. Knowing his time was running short, he gifted Kakashi his left Sharingan. However, after he had lost consciousness and his team had left, he was rescued by Madara Uchiha and his white zetsus, who slowly nursed him back to health.
