Create Building

This spell creates a 5-foot cube-shaped building centered directly in front of you. The building may be made out of any realistic material for the structure (wood, stone, etc.). The building is fully furnished upon creation, any attempts to remove the furnishings or materials from the building causes it to vanish upon leaving the building's area. After 7 days or when you cast this spell somewhere else, the structure sinks into the ground, vanishing. Casting this spell on the same spot once every 7 days for a year makes it permanent.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the dimensions of the building increase by 5-foot for each spell slot level above 1st. Furthermore, each creature within the area of the building when it is created much make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, be moved outside of the building's space and knocked prone, or do not be knocked prone on a successful one. The floorplan is left to DM discretion.
