Chakra. Konan has 36 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Konan is targeted by an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, she takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Ninja Speed. Konan can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Konan can make 3 unarmed strike or kunai attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Konan may spend up to 3 chakra when she takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Konan can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If she is submerged, she rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Transformation (1+ Chakra). Konan becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object they have a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and she can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 16 Investigation check realize that she is transformed. If the creature saw her performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds.

Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Konan's movement speed doubles, and her movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Dance of the Shikigami (5 Chakra). Konan gains the following for 1 minutes or until she dismisses this feature as a bonus action:

  • She may use Shuriken Shadow Clone jutsu once per thrown weapon on each of her turns without spending chakra. If she does not have said jutsu, she gains it while this feature is active.
  • As a bonus action, Konan may disperse herself. While dispersed, she can not take actions, she occupies a 15 foot cube area, she may squeeze through gaps of any size, creatures may occupy her space without any penalties, and any attacks made against her have disadvantage. Konan may reform herself in a unoccupied space as a bonus action.
  • If Konan reforms in another creature's space, she must initiate a grappling check with advantage. On a success, they must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or begin suffocating. If they successfully leave this grapple, they are no longer suffocating.
  • Konan gains vulnerability to fire damage and resistance to cold damage.

Sacred Paper Emissary (1+ Chakra). Konan creates a 10 ft. cube object entirely of paper. For every chakra point spent above 1, this object's size increases by 10 feet. As a bonus action, Konan can move any amount of this created object up to 30 feet in any direction. Any creature within the object's path must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw once per turn, taking 58 (10d10 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage on a failure. This object appears any way Konan wills it to, and is not revealed to be paper unless successfully attacked. Each 5 foot cube has an AC of 19 and 15 hit points. Konan may create an Explosive Seal on any part of this object without any material components at any range.

Explosive Seal (1+ Chakra). Konan creates an explosive seal on one surface they can touch.

Paper Clone (2+ Chakra/Clone). Konan creates up to five clones. The clones have 5 hit points each and they have the chakra spent creating them. The clones can take actions as normal, however they do not benefit from the Extra Attack feature. Konan controls them and they act on the same initiative as her. They last until they are reduced to 0 hit points, they expend all of their chakra, Konan dismisses them at will, or Konan falls unconscious. If the clone still has chakra when it dissipates, she regains any remaining chakra from the clone - 2 (minimum 0).

  • Shadow clones have no range limit as to how far away they can be.
  • Any effects affecting Konan when the clone is created carries over to the clone.
  • A shadow clone carries a copy of all her equipment, however it does not carry the magical effects over from it beside any base attack roll, damage roll, or AC bonuses (i.e. a cloned vorpal sword is just a +3 sword in the hand of a clone).
  • While the clone is active, Konan is aware of its current activities (such as sleeping, eating, running, fighting or even calculus). When a shadow clone dissipates, the main body will receive any knowledge, experiences and memories it has acquired as if it experienced it itself, as well as matching your shadow clone's exhaustion and gradual blindness, deafness, and numbness level (i.e. If you have an exhaustion level of 2 while your shadow clone has 5, your exhaustion level will increase to 5), but it will not suffer negative effects such as curses, poison or anything of the like.

Paper Chakram (1+ Chakra). Konan creates one weapon out of chakra paper. She must spend a number of chakra points equal to the weapon's maximum damage die roll. She is proficient with weapons she makes and she may choose to add her jutsu casting modifier instead to the damage of these weapons' attack rolls. These weapons disintegrate after 1 minute. Konan may use this jutsu as a bonus action for 2 additional chakra.

Paper Drizzle (4 Chakra). When Konan take the attack action, she gains the following until the beginning of her next turn:

  • When she make an attack, she may only make attacks using her unarmed strikes.
  • Her unarmed strikes count as ranged attacks with a range of 60 ft. and deal half as much damage.
  • When she takes the attack action, she may make 2 additional attacks.

Paper Angel (2 Chakra). Konan creates a Tiny paper angel. She can experience anything around this angel as if she were in its place. Until she dispels this jutsu as an action, she can not regain the chakra spent on this jutsu.

Dance of the Shikigami: Punishment (17 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 39 (8d8 + 3) magical piercing damage. This attack has disadvantage, or advantage if the target is heavily obscured and she knows their location.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Konan is hit by an attack and would take damage, he decreases the damage by 18 (1d10 + 13) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which he takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in his place and he takes any remaining damage from that attack. Konan can add reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

Following the creation of the new Akatsuki, Konan assisted Nagato, now under the alias Pain, in assassinating Hanzo the Salamander. While Pain became its enigmatic ruler and "god", Konan monitored every inch of the village with her "holy" angels while impersonating Hanzo in matters beyond the village walls. When their old teacher Jiraiya came to the Hidden Rain Village in search of the Akatsuki, Konan was deployed to deal with him first, though as the fight entered Pain's tower, he descended to do battle himself.

With only two members left, Konan and Pain invaded the Hidden Leaf Village in search of Naruto, the Nine-Tails' jinchuriki. She stayed back during their world-shaking fight, protecting Nagato's real body, and was astonished by his ability to not only come back from the brink of fully releasing the Nine-Tailed, but convince him to give up his ways and try to heal the world instead of destroy it. Realizing Naruto as a culmination of Yahiko and Nagato's ideals, she vowed to support him in her own way by keeping the Hidden Rain Village peaceful, resting their bodies in a mausoleum of her making. Unfortunately, she wouldn't be able to fulfill this promise for long. Only days later, Tobi invaded the Rain to reclaim the Rinnegan, revealing them to have been Madara's first. Despite a literal sea of paper bombs beneath them, she could not defeat her opponent, dying in the land she lived her life to protect.
