Range: | Touch |

The target of this spell is chosen by the primary caster of the spell. All casters and the target must remain maintain concentration for the full casting time or the spell must be restarted.
Upon spell completion, the target shatters the boundaries of the world, allowing them direct communication with the DM/GM even allowing them to make requests which the DM is inclined to but not required to fulfil, including information about the plot or requesting the death or revival of a character. This cannot be dispelled or removed by any means except those stated in this spell.
The target may also from this point on edit their character sheet as they see fit, but all totals must remain balanced (Can set STR from 16 to 20 but must take 4 away from other core stats. Can gain perception expertise when they had nothing, but must remove two proficiencies in order to account for the double effects of expertise. Can change race, age, size, alignment, backstory, etc. Fighters can grant themselves warlock spellcasting but must remove a key feature like action surge. The user can change their class or multiclass as they wish at any time, but can never go over their current total level. They may even exchange inventory items, but it must be the same tier, allowing them to swap an uncommon magic sword for an uncommon magic shield when they need to. During combat these changes may be made during any friendly turn, but not during the turn of hostile or neutral creatures)
They must keep track of all this by themselves but if the DM believes they have cheated, they may consult the entire party. If all deem the player to have cheated or miscalculated their stats, they get a strike, and with 3 strikes, the player loses the effects of this spell. If this happens, the target takes 100d10 damage that cannot be negated and half of that to all creatures within 500ft.
At Higher Levels/With More Casters. If cast at 13th level, with the help of 200 secondary casters, the limiters are removed (All stats may be set to 30 with no downsides, etc.) but they must still keep track or get a strike.
