This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Chakra. Sasuke has 14 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Sasuke is targeted by an area effect that lets him make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails the save.

Ninja Speed. Sasuke can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action for 2 chakra.

Black Chakra. Some of Sasuke's features grant him "black chakra". Black chakra can exceed his maximum chakra, and is lost at the end of a long rest. Sasuke can spend black chakra as if it were normal chakra, but if he chooses to do so he must spend an equal number of normal and black chakra. While Sasuke has more black chakra than regular chakra, he must attempt a DC 15 Charisma saving throw at the end of each of his turns. On a failure, he becomes berserk until the end of his next turn.

Chakra Sense. When Sasuke takes the search action while his sharingan is active, he may also attempt a DC 13 Perception check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 30 feet. He sees a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by him. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Sasuke can make 2 unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Sasuke may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Sharingan (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Sasuke gains the following:

  • A +3 bonus to AC
  • Advantage on Wisdom and Dexterity saving throws.
  • Advantage on Perception checks.
  • Sasuke automatically detects visual illusions and genjutsu and has advantage on saving throws against them.
  • Sasuke must spend 1 chakra at the end of each of his turns to maintain this effect.

Cursed Mark. As a bonus action, Sasuke gains the following until he ends this effect as an action:

  • Sasuke's maximum hit points are decreased by 3 (1d4+1) at the end of each of his turns, and he gains an equal number of black chakra. Sasuke's hit point maximum returns to normal at the end of a long rest.
  • Sasuke's Intelligence increases by 2 to a maximum of 24, and thus any jutsu attacks and DCs are increased by +1.

One of two Uchiha who survived the Uchiha massacre, Sasuke holds an eternal vendetta against his older brother. Being a member of Team 7 of the Hidden Leaf Village, he is under the tutelage of Kakashi Hatake, and an uncooperative teammate of Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno, though during their Land of Waves mission, he was willing to nearly die to protect the boy he once declared he hated. During the Chunin Exams, Orochimaru placed his cursed mark on him. As its evil energy welled within him, Sasuke began to look for any means to improve his strength, learning Kakashi's Chidori and chasing down his opponent in the final round of the exams, Gaara, to finish their fight, even after he revealed himself as a traitor. After a run-in with Itachi and Kisame showed just how below his brother he still was, Sasuke's obsession only grew further, eventually joining the Sound Four to defect to Orochimaru's own Hidden Sound Village, being sealed within a small barrel to keep him in a state of false death while his Cursed Mark advanced.
