Chakra. Sasuke has 29 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Naruto is targeted by an area effect that lets him make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails the save.

Ninja Speed. Sasuke can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Black Chakra. Some of Sasuke's features grant him "black chakra". Black chakra can exceed his maximum chakra, and is lost at the end of a long rest. Sasuke can spend black chakra as if it were normal chakra, but if he chooses to do so he must spend an equal number of normal and black chakra. While Sasuke has more black chakra than regular chakra, he must attempt a DC 15 Charisma saving throw at the end of each of his turns. On a failure, he becomes berserk until the end of his next turn.

Chakra Sense. When Sasuke takes the search action while his sharingan is active, he may also attempt a DC 13 Perception check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 30 feet. He sees a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by him. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Sasuke can make 3 unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Sasuke may spend up to 3 chakra when he takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Sharingan (1 Chakra). As a free action, Sasuke gains the following:

  • A +3 bonus to AC
  • Advantage on Wisdom and Dexterity saving throws.
  • Advantage on Perception checks.
  • Sasuke automatically detects visual illusions and genjutsu and has advantage on saving throws against them.
  • Sasuke must spend 1 chakra at the end of each of his turns to maintain this effect.

Cursed Mark. As a bonus action, Sasuke gains the following until he ends this effect as an action:

  • Sasuke's maximum hit points are decreased by 3 (1d4+1) at the end of each of his turns, and he gains an equal number of black chakra. Sasuke's hit point maximum returns to normal at the end of a long rest.
  • Sasuke's Intelligence increases by 2 to a maximum of 24, and thus any jutsu attacks and DCs are increased by +1.

Second State. While Cursed Mark is active, Sasuke gains the following:

  • Sasuke's maximum hit points are decreased by a total of 5 (1d4+3) at the end of each of his turns, and he gains an equal number of black chakra. Sasuke's hit point maximum returns to normal at the end of a long rest.
  • Sasuke's Dexterity increases by 2 to a maximum of 26, and thus any non-jutsu attacks and his AC are increased by +1.
  • Sasuke gains a flying speed of 30 ft.

Chidori Lament (8+ Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) piercing damage + 23 (4d8 + 4) lightning damage. Sasuke can move up to 15 feet toward his target as part of his action. If Sasuke does not have a dojutsu active, such as his Sharingan, any attacks of opportunity made against him during this movement have advantage, otherwise they have disadvantage. He may deal an additional 5 (1d8) lightning damage for each additional chakra points spent.

Following three years of training, Sasuke was confronted by Team 7 yet again, this time consisting of Naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Yamato. Reacting with complete indifference, he easily evaded and negated their attacks before leaving with Orochimaru yet again. As the time of Orochimaru's next possession drew near, as did Sasuke's strength in relation to Itachi's, he allowed Orochimaru to attempt to steal his body, only to reverse the situation and steal Orochimaru's body. Slowly collapsing the village system his old master had tried so desperately to build, and leaving Kabuto with no path to follow, Sasuke gathered a team of shinobi with specific powers he needed in Karin, Suigetsu, and Jugo. Christening his company Team Hebi, potentially in mockery of Orochimaru's snake-like composition, he finally tracked down his brother in an old Uchiha compound. Nearly leveling the mountain with jutsu after jutsu, Itachi revealed to Sasuke the nature of the Mangekyō, Eternal Mangekyō, and even the Susano'o before allowing himself to pass from his wounds and disease just convincingly enough to make Sasuke feel like he had truly defeated his brother, but not before using the Totsuka Blade to complete remove Sasuke's Cursed Mark, and Orochimaru with it.

Variant: Hebi Sasuke

After stealing Orochimaru's body, Sasuke gained some of his abilities. Sasuke's reach increases by +5 ft., counts as 1 size smaller when squeezing, has resistance to poison damage, immunity to disease and and the poisoned condition, and advantage on saving throws against poisons.

Additionally, when he is grappling a creature, they become restrained, and he may have up to 2 creatures grappled at any time. Additionally, he may attempt a grappling contest against a creature within his reach as a reaction when they make an attack.
