Raining Dragons
13th-level Conjuration
Casting time: 1 hour
Range: 1 mile
Components: A dragon scale being held by each caster
Duration: Concentration, indefinite
Casters: 99

When you cast this spell, each caster chooses a point within range. An ancient dragon whose type is determined by the scale the caster was holding when the spell was cast descends from the sky at this point.

Roll initiative for the dragon, which has its own turns. When it is summoned and on each of the caster's turns thereafter, the caster can issue a verbal command to it (requiring no action on the caster's part), telling the dragon what it must do on its next turn. If the caster issues no command, it spends its turn attacking any creature within reach that has attacked it.

Each caster must concentrate on this spell. If a caster loses concentration, it can no longer issue commands to its dragon, and the dragon acts independently on each of its turns.

At the end of each of the dragon's turns, the caster makes a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the caster loses concentration.
