Chakra. Mubi has 12 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Rebreather. Mubi is immune to non-magical inhaled chemicals, toxins, or particles, has advantage on saving throws against inhaled chemicals, toxins, or particles of a magical nature, and has resistance to the damage such effects cause.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Katana. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage.

Heavy Crossbow (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage.

Kunai (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) slashing damage. Mubi may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.

Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Mubi can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If she is submerged, she rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Transformation (1+ Chakra). Mubi becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object she has a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle, and she can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 11 Investigation check realize that she is transformed. If the creature saw her performing the jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics.

Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Mubi's movement speed doubles, and her movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Shadow Clone (4+ Chakra/Clone). Mubi creates up to five clones. Each clone has 5 hit points and the chakra spent creating it (this applies to things that would reduce the cost). The clones can take actions as normal, but do not benefit from the Extra Attack feature. Mubi controls them and they act on the same initiative. They last until they are reduced to 0 hit points, they expend all of their chakra, Mubi dismisses them at will, or they fall unconscious. If the clone still has chakra when it dissipates, Mubi regains any remaining chakra from the clone - 4 (minimum 0). Each clone is otherwise identical to Mubi, including equipment, features, and any effects affecting Mubi when he creates the clone. Any charges, such as from features or magic items, are shared between all clones and Mubi. If an effect would cause a clone to gain at least 1 level of exhaustion, including at the end of the effect's duration, the effect fails and the clone automatically dissipates. When a shadow clone dissipates, the main body receives any memories it has acquired as if it experienced it itself.

Haze Clone (2 Chakra). When Mubi creates shadow clones, he reduces all created clones' base cost by 1. In return, they become intangible, unable to be damaged, and unable to deal damage. They remain indistinguishable from Mubi. These clones are automatically destroyed after 1 minute passes. This also causes Mubi to not regain the 2 chakra spent to create the clone.

Water Style Shadow Clone (1 Chakra). When Mubi creates a shadow clone, he may imbue them with Water Style Chakra. Each clone has 30 hit points, but can not leave a 60 ft. radius of Mubi. This also causes Mubi to not regain the base chakra spent to create the clone.

Underground Projection Fish (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Mubi may swim through such materials as easily as water until this jutsu ends. Mubi must spend 1 chakra point at the end of each of his turns to maintain this effect.

Genjutsu Ball Trap (8 Chakra). Mubi creates a 10 ft. bubble of chakra anywhere within 50 feet for 1 minute (concentration). When a creature touches the bubble, they must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are confused until this jutsu ends. As an action, the target can repeat this saving throw, ending this effect early on a success.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Mubi is hit by an attack and would take damage, he decreases the damage by 9 (1d10 + 4) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which he takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in his place and he takes any remaining damage from that attack. Mubi can add reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

A genin from the Hidden Rain Village, Mubi is a member of Team Oboro, consisting of of himself, Oboro, and Kagari. While Mubi's prowess with weaponry is the highest among his team, his poor aptitude in genjutsu forces him to rely on his teammates' illusions to create opportunities in combat. During the second round of the Hidden Leaf Village's Chunin Exams, Team Oboro's genjutsu was used to wear out Team Kakashi and Kabuto before descending on them, only to discover that the team were only disguised shadow clones, allowing them to be ambushed themselves and ultimately fail the exam. Later, under Aoi's leadership, they attempted to hedge the Wagarashi family's bets in the footrace race to acquire the rights to Todoroki Shrine, but were yet again stopped by Naruto Uzumaki.
