Ki. Chi-Chi has 13 ki points which she can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Brawn. When Chi-Chi is targeted by an area effect that lets her make a Strength saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails the save.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Chi-Chi makes three attacks with her unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) force damage.

Stand Ground (1+ Ki Point). Chi-Chi takes half as much damage from all sources, but can not willingly move until the beginning of her next turn. Chi-Chi may use this as a bonus action for 1 additional ki point.

Sledgehammer (1 Ki Point). As part of an unarmed strike, the target must succeed a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of Chi-Chi's next turn. Chi-Chi may only make one sledgehammer attack per turn.

Flurry of Blows (1 Ki Point). As a bonus action immediately after Chi-Chi takes the Attack action on her turn, she makes two unarmed strikes.

Perfect Dodge (1 Ki Point). As a bonus action Chi-Chi takes the dodge action.

Chi-Chi's angry... (2 Ki Points). As an action, every creature that is not blinded within 45 feet facing Chi-Chi must succeed a DC 16 Wisdom or Dexterity save. On a failure, they are blinded and stunned until the end of their next turn.

Super Unyielding Spirit (1 level of exhaustion). Chi-Chi gains 10 ki points, and all creatures within 30 ft. must attempt a DC 16 Strength saving throw, being pushed 30 ft. away on a failure, or 15 ft. away on a success.

Massive Blow (1+ Ki Points). As a Free Action when Chi-Chi hits a creature with an unarmed strike, they must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be moved up to the damage dealt in feet rounded to the nearest 5. They can only move a maximum of 15 feet for every ki point spent. Anything in the creature's way must make a DC 16 Dexterity save, or take half the damage the targeted creature took from the massive hit, stopping them from moving further, unless this drops them to 0 hit points.

Iaigiri (1 Ki Point). Once per turn when Chi-Chu hits a creature with an attack that can't be charged she deals twice the damage die of the attack. If the target hasn't taken a turn since rolling for initiative, this does not cost ki.

REACTIONS

Deflect Missile. When Videl is hit by a ranged attack, reducing its damage by 15 (1d10 + 10). If this reduces it to 0, she may make an unarmed strike with a range of 20/60 feet.

Daughter of the great Ox King, Chi-Chi largely relied on her ki-focusing armor as a child. It was during this time that she met Son Goku, an odd monkey boy with almost no regard or knowledge of social convention that she fell madly in love with, proposing to him on the spot, to which he gladly agreed. Despite being children, and Goku believing marriage to be a food, she was heartbroken when Goku left her kingdom, and further saddened when he did not return for seven years, despite having a grand public appearance as a finalist competitor in multiple World Martial Arts Tournaments. Training in the seven-year interim, she joined the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament, where the now grown man didn't even recognize her, angering her, and promising to only reveal her name is he could beat her. As the two fought in the semi-finals, he ringed her out with a single punch to the air. Keeping her promise, she revealed the truth, shocking him. Now cognizant of what he promised, he doubled down, proposing to her. In the years following, she would give birth to Gohan at 20, naming him after Goku's very own adoptive grandfather. Despite Goku becoming strong enough to shake worlds and battle gods, Chi-Chi would become the one person he truly feared, as well as the only person he truly loved.
