Puppet. The puppet can not act on its own, and must be controlled by a creature with the Path of the Puppetmaster.

Elemental Construction. Each puppet was constructed to automatically mold one particular nature of chakra. Choose between fire damage, magical bludgeoning damage, lightning damage, cold damage, or magical slashing damage. It becomes resistant to the chosen damage type, and its Elemental Shot and Kamikaze actions deal the chosen damage type. Once this has been chosen, it can not be changed.

Rushdown. If the puppet moves at least 30 feet straight toward a target and makes a grappling check, it has advantage. On a success, it may use its Kamikaze action as a bonus action, and the creature it is grappling has disadvantage.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage.

Elemental Shot (2 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 20/40 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) damage.

Puppet Barrier (2 Chakra). The puppet erects a barrier within 5 feet of it that covers a 15 foot cube centered on it with 15 hit points, and the puppet becomes paralyzed until it ends this jutsu. Area of effects and attacks from outside of the barrier against creatures inside the barrier target the barrier instead, and vice versa.

An advanced elemental puppet variant developed by the Shirogane Clan for defending key personnel and objects, barrier puppets were constructed from barrier nin, and as such have the innate ability to raise chakra barriers. During the Shirogane clan's final gasp, Gando used a set of these puppets to defend the collected fragments of their master puppet.
