As the spell is being casted, the fabric of space time breaks as the destruction of most of the planets in the solar system. All creatures within range, including yourself if you aren't a god, must make a DC(30) Constitution saving throw, taking one-quarter damage on a success. On a failed save, a creature takes force damage equal to 15/16ths of their maximum hit points that can't be reduced or negated by any means. If this damage reduces a creature to 0 hit points, its body and soul become utterly obliterated, and it can't be restored to life by any means short of divine intervention.
For each creature that failed the saving throw, roll a d20, applying one of the following effects to it for 1 hour depending on the result:
- 1-3 — The creature becomes overcome with bloodlust.[1]
- 4-6 — The creature cannot speak.
- 7-9 — The creature's movement speed becomes halved.
- 10-20 — Nothing happens.
The creature can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the condition on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 11th level or higher, or with 1000 additional casters, increase the spell's save DC by 5 and roll an additional d20 for creatures that failed the save for every slot level beyond 10th or every 1000 casters beyond 1000.
