When the dog takes damage from any source, it regains 1.5 times as many hit points. This can not be used when it takes damage at the end of its turn. The dog may spend 1 additional chakra to regain their reaction immediately after using this, or 2 additional chakra to use this without having a reaction to use. |
A manifestation of the Animal Path of the Rinnegan's power, the multi-headed dog stares down even Katsuyu herself. While its use by the Sage of Six Paths is mostly unknown, it was used by Pain to fight Gamaken, with the toad barely being able to escape. When Pain and Konan ambushed Utakata, this beast single-handedly took down a squad of Mist Hunter-Nin, granting them a position to comfortably wait for the jinchuriki. During Pain's assault on the Hidden Leaf Village, it was necessary for three sage toads to just hold it down and wait for Naruto to take down its summoner in order to defeat it. When Nagato was revived by Kabuto, he summoned this beast in his fight with Itachi, Killer B, and Naruto, though Itachi's Amaterasu quickly eliminated the threat. |
