Chakra. Mizore has 12 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Crystal Resonation. If another creature wearing Chakra Armor or their Chakra-Crystal Barrier touches Mizore or his Chakra-Crystal Barrier, both creatures' barriers immediately drops to 0 hit points and can not be erected again for 1 hour. A creature wearing and attuned to a disabled set of Chakra Armor may attempt a DC 18 Arcana check as an action, fixing it on a success, thus allowing the barrier to be erected again.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Mizore makes 2 attacks with his unarmed strikes or retractable arm.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Retractable Arm. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Mizore gains the ability to move across any liquid surface— such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava— as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat) for 1 minute. If Mizore casts this Jutsu while submerged in a liquid, the Jutsu carries him to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Additionally, his movement speed increases by half its total (rounded down), and attacks of opportunity against him have disadvantage.

Amputation Punishment (2+ Chakra). Mizore jumps up to 20 feet in the air. As a bonus action no later than the end of your next turn, he falls to the ground and makes a retractable attack. His critical threshold increases by 1 for this attack, which he may increase by 1 for every 3 additional chakra spent to a maximum critical threshold of 18-20.

Branding Punishment (4 Chakra). As a bonus action immediately after a hit with a retractable arm attack, Mizore moves the target up to 20 feet closer to or directly away from himself.

Explosion: Ice Mountain Destruction (2 Chakra). When Mizore uses Branding Punishment, the target moves 20 feet in a straight line in any direction of his choice instead of closer or farther from him. If there are any objects in the distance this jutsu moves preventing the target from moving, both the target and the object take 1d4 non-magical bludgeoning damage and the distance moved decreases by 5 ft. until the object breaks or the remaining distance is reduced to 0.

Roaring Run: Great Strength Ice Strike (6 Chakra). Mizore moves up to 15 ft. and make a single retractable arm attack. On a hit, he deals the weapon's maximum damage die roll + its attack roll modifiers.

Chakra-Crystal Barrier (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Mizore erects a 10 foot radius chakra barrier that follows him. He may only have 1 barrier erected at a time, but he may spend chakra as a bonus action to grant the barrier three times as many hit points as chakra points spent. Each barrier has 50 hit points, and grants immunity to damage and effects from jutsu that are not taijutsu, and thrown weapon attacks to any creatures within it while erected. When at least 1 creature within the barrier would take damage the barrier makes them immune to, the barrier takes the damage instead.

Two years after the death of the Fourth Hokage, Doto Kazahan, brother of Sosetsu Kazahan, leader of the Land of Snow, assassinated his brother in a power-hungry coup. Over the next few years, he and his personal guard, consisting of Nadare, Mizore, and Fubuki, traveled from town to town to instill loyalty through force, though the frigid Land of Snow lacks many towns. When Koyuki Kazahan, Doto's niece, returned to the Land of Snow as its rightful heir, Doto had his Three-Man Squad attack her to both secure his legitimacy and take her necklace; the key to the mysterious treasure of the Land of Snow. Squaring off with the Leaf Village's Team 7, who were protecting the princess under the guise of a movie shoot, Mizore was able to square off with Naruto Uzumaki, even when he was under the influence of the Nine-Tails' chakra, but a trap laid by Sasuke and Sakura caused he and Fubuki to collide, deactivating their barriers long enough to swiftly defeat them.
