Spirit Points. Mikitaka has 7 spirit points which he can expend. All spirit points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Mikitaka is targeted by an area effect that lets him make an Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails the save.

Denting Blows. If Mikitaka is grappling a creature or being grappled by a creature, his attacks automatically hit the creature and deal an additional 3 damage. Forever may still make an attack roll to determine if he scores a critical hit. This feature extends to creatures who are too large to be grappled as long as he climbs on to them. Additionally, Forever may make an unarmed strike as a bonus action, or two unarmed strikes for 1 spirit point.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 bludgeoning damage.

Earth, Wind, and Fire (1 Spirit Point). For 1 minute, Mikitaka gains a +1 bonus to his AC and the following actions:

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage, or half as much damage if the target is beyond 10 feet of Mikitaka.
Recomposition (1 Spirit Point). Mikitaka becomes a Tiny or smaller object that has a rarity of Common until he loses concentration, causing it to function and appear real at a glance, but can be discerned as being made of him with a successful DC 18 Investigation check when a creature takes the Search action. Weapons with the heavy property and armor counts as Small. Mikitaka may spend 2 additional spirit points to become an object with a rarity of Rare or lower in the same way.
Stand Shrinking. As a bonus action, Mikitaka shrinks to any size of his choice smaller than Medium until he loses concentration.
S-Tier Precision (1 Spirit Point). As a bonus action, or as a free action for 1 additional spirit point, Mikitaka enters Precision Mode until the beginning of his next turn. Mikitaka may spend 1 spirit point when this feature would end to extend its benefits to the beginning of his next turn. While in Precision Mode, when Mikitaka would deal no damage, he instead deals half as much; when Mikitaka would deal half as much damage by any effect other than this feature, he instead deals full damage; and Mikitaka gains advantage on Perception and Investigation checks.

Dramatic Pose. Mikitaka gains advantage on the next saving throw he makes before the beginning of his next turn. This can be used as a bonus action for 1 spirit point.

REACTIONS

S-Tier Speed. When Mikitaka or a creature within his reach are hit by a ranged weapon attack or are forced to attempt a Dexterity saving throw for an effect that deals damage while Earth, Wind, and Fire is active, the damage the creature takes from the attack is reduced by 17 (1d10 + 12). Mikitaka may spend 1 spirit point as part of this reaction to regain his reaction.

Mikitaka, supposedly born Nu Mikitakazo Nshi in 1783, is a self-proclaimed alien attending high school in the small town of Morioh in 1999, though according to the woman he claims to have used advanced technology on to convince her she was his mother, the two lived in Tokyo before his alien nonsense got him in trouble. During that year, he was struck by Yoshihiro Kira's arrow, but the arrow bounced off of him, only leaving a small cut. After passing out in a field, the strange crop circles he left behind drew the attention of Josuke Higashikata and Okuyasu Nijimura, who quickly befriended their delightfully bizarre peer. The three later investigated Toyohiro Kanedaichi's transmission tower, where Mikitaka's involvement was the difference between life and death.
