Hamon. Lisa Lisa has 8 Hamon points which she can expend. All expended Hamon points are regained at the end of a long rest. If a creature is Undead, they take 3 (1d6) radiant damage for every Hamon point they have at the end of each of their turns.

Hamon Defense. While Lisa Lisa has at least 1 Hamon point, she gains a +2 bonus to her melee attack and damage rolls and her AC, her jump distances are doubled, her unarmed strikes deal radiant damage, she is immune to the incapacitated condition, she can speak while paralyzed or petrified, and she remains aware of her surroundings while petrified. When she drops to 0 hit points while she has at least 1 Hamon point, she becomes paralyzed instead of unconscious, but she can not spend Hamon points until she regains at least 1 hit point.

Advanced Technique. When Lisa Lisa uses a Technique as an action, she may spend additional Hamon points equal to half its cost, to a minimum total cost of 2 and a maximum total cost of 8, to use it as a bonus action.

Evasion and Endurance. When Lisa Lisa is targeted by an area effect that lets her make a Dexterity or Constitution saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails the save.

Imbued Body. Lisa Lisa's maximum age is 125 and she has advantage on saving throws against gaining exhaustion from sources that are not creatures. When she completes a short rest, she regains twice as many hit points and loses 1 level of exhaustion. Furthermore, as a bonus action for 2 Hamon points, she may take the dash action and disengage action.

Perfect Master. Lisa Lisa has advantage on saving throws to resist being blinded, stunned, or poisoned.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Lisa Lisa makes two attacks with her unarmed strikes, makes an unarmed strike and an action that costs Hamon points, or uses two actions that cost Hamon points.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Hamon Breathing. Lisa Lisa regains 4 Hamon point. This can be used as a bonus action, but she only regains 1 Hamon point if she does so.

Zoom Punch (1 Hamon Point). As a bonus action, Lisa Lisa gains 10 additional feet of reach until the end of her next turn.

Hamon Detector (1 Hamon Point). Lisa Lisa becomes aware of the location of any creatures within 30 feet of her for 1 minute or until she loses concentration.

Hamon Healing (2 Hamon Points). One creature within 5 feet of Lisa Lisa regains 9 (1d8 + 5) hit points unless they are a construct, elemental, or undead.

Sticking and Repelling Hamon (2 Hamon Points). Until the end of Lisa Lisa's next turn, she can walk across liquid, vertical, and difficult terrain as if it was solid ground.

Tornado Overdrive (2 Hamon Points). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) radiant damage. Lisa Lisa may move up to 20 ft. in a straight line as part of this action.

Hamon Afterimages (1 Hamon Point). Until the end of her next turn, Lisa Lisa gains a +1 bonus to her AC and a +3 bonus to any saving throws she makes, and she ignores difficult terrain.

Ripple Hypnosis (2 Hamon Points). One creature within 5 feet of Lisa Lisa must attempt a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they either lose the blinded, charmed, deafened, or frightened condition, gain one of said conditions for 1 minute, or instantly fall unconscious for 1 minute if their CR or level is 6 or lower. A creature that gained a condition may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect early on a success.

Silent Ripple (3 Hamon Points). For 1 minute with concentration, Lisa Lisa gains advantage on Stealth checks, and she does not produce any sound, scent, or sensation of touch she does not wish to.

Indigo Blue Overdrive (3 Hamon Points). All creatures in a 15 foot radius must attempt a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 15 (3d6 + 4) radiant damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Thousand-Color Overdrive (3 Hamon Points). All creatures in a 15 foot radius must attempt a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 15 (3d6 + 4) radiant damage. On a success, they take half as much damage. Additionally, the edge of the radius this Technique targets counts as full cover that lasts as long as Lisa Lisa does not move or use any actions, bonus actions, or reactions.

Sunset Orange Overdrive (6 Hamon Points). Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 60 ft. line. Hit: 24 (5d6 + 6) radiant damage.

Golden Monk Overdrive (6 Hamon Points). One creature within 5 feet can't be surprised and has advantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws, and other creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against the target, until the end of Lisa Lisa's next turn.

On the way to their honeymoon in the United States, Jonathan Joestar and his wife Erina Joestar, previously Pendleton, were interrupted in their long-earned celebration when the ship was attacked and slowly converted into an undead legion. Unsurprisingly, the incident was a plot by Dio Brando's severed head, being wielded by Wang Chan, to steal Jonathan's body. The only survivors were Erina, her unborn child, and an orphaned infant, all of whom escaped in the same coffin Dio snuck onto the ship in. This infant was given the name Elizabeth Tompetty, taking her last name from Straits' master. Being adopted by Straits and trained in Hamon until her 18th birthday, during which she was informed of her past. She would go on to marry George Joestar, a pilot in the Royal British Airforce, and have one child with him whom they named Joseph Joestar. Shortly after Joseph's birth, George learned that one of the higher ups in the British military was none other than one of Dio's zombies. Despite having no Hamon training, and not knowing that Elizabeth did, he faced the officer himself, dying in the process and having his death blamed on a training accident. Elizabeth knew the truth, reducing the officer to ash in blinding rage and being branded a criminal in an instant. Fleeing to a long-abandoned Venetian Hamon monastery known as Air Supplena Island, she would go on to train Mario and Caesar Zeppeli, as well as her own son, under the name Lisa Lisa.

Variant: Hamon Equipment

Depending on the severity of the situation, Lisa Lisa may use a variety of extremely powerful Hamon equipment, granting her either or both of the following:

Satiporoja Beetle Scarf. Lisa Lisa gains the following:

Scarf Hamon (1 Hamon Point). Lisa Lisa's scarf gains 1 Hamon point to a maximum of 6.
Scarf Flourish. As a bonus action, or as a reaction for 2 Hamon points or 1 spirit point when Lisa Lisa would be hit by a melee attack, every creature within a 10 ft. radius must attempt a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 2 (1d4) radiant damage for every stored Hamon point. On a success, they take half as much damage. If a creature targets Lisa Lisa with a Hamon Technique before the end of her next turn after using this action, the effect fails and the scarf gains a number of stored Hamon points equal to the Technique's cost.

Red Stone of Aja. When Lisa Lisa spends Hamon points, she may reduce its cost to 1 unless its cost was already 1 or lower, in which it becomes 0.
