Spirit Points. Kenny has 5 spirit points which he can expend. All spirit points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Denting Blows. If Kenny is grappling a creature or being grappled by a creature, his attacks automatically hit the creature and deal an additional 3 damage. Forever may still make an attack roll to determine if he scores a critical hit. This feature extends to creatures who are too large to be grappled as long as he climbs on to them. Additionally, Forever may make an unarmed strike as a bonus action, or two unarmed strikes for 1 spirit point.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 bludgeoning damage.

Tenor Sax (1 Spirit Point). Kenny shrouds a 5-mile area around her in dense fog. For 1 hour or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it, this area is considered lightly obscured. Kenny can create illusions of anything inside this area at will. They only exist visually, can not physically interact with anything, and can only move on his turn. Creatures must succeed a DC 17 Investigation check when they take the Search action to differentiate illusions from reality, but this does not dispel the illusion.


Despite his relatively weak Stand power, Kenny was hand-picked by DIO to guard his mansion, though when Jotaro Kujo, Joseph Joestar, Muhammad Abdul, Noriaki Kakyoin, and Jean Pierre Polnareff invaded DIO's mansion, Abdul tracked him down fairly quickly with his life radar, allowing Iggy to slash his chest, hospitalizing him.

After DIO's defeat, the Speedwagon Foundation informed him and the rest of DIO's surviving minions in Egypt of his crimes. Those that were unaware were allowed to keep their freedom, including Kenny and his future wife Mariah, who set up a hideout for Egyptian Stand users in the bones of an abandoned bar in Cairo.
