This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.
Idate Morino[edit]

Saving Throws Wis +4, Cha +3
Skills Acrobatics +5, Athletics +2, Investigation +3, Stealth +5

Challenge 4 (1,100 XP)
Chakra. Idate has 9 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Morino Clan. Idate automatically detects Illusion spells and genjutsu.
ACTIONS
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Healing Jutsu (1-8 Chakra). One creature Itade can touch regains a number of hit points equal to chakra spent.
Chakra Control. As a bonus action, Idate reduces his next jutsu's cost by 1. He may do this once, regaining use at the end of a short rest.

In another timeline, one where the Fourth Hokage was the only survivor of the Nine-Tails' attack, Idate Morino was never tricked into betraying his village. Instead, like many others, he became a genin, being placed alongside Nahida and Kiro on Team 14, overseen by Anko Mitarashi. While his speed was still nearly unmatched by his peers, Idate also trained himself in surface-level medical ninjutsu in order to better assist his stronger teammates.
