From D&D Wiki
Drill-Beaked Bird[edit]
Gargantuan beast (Rinnegan Summon), unaligned Armor Class 20 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dex +10, Int +5 Chakra. The bird has as many chakra points as was spent to summon it. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Evasion. When the bird is targeted by an area effect that lets it make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails the save. Ninja Speed. The bird can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces. Summon-Exclusive. The bird is a creature created by ninjutsu, and can only exist if summoned. If the creature that summoned it is rendered unconcious, it vanishes from this plane of reality. Siege Monster. The bird deals double damage to objects and structures. ACTIONSMultiattack. The bird can make 3 spear attacks. Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (5d4 + 5) magical piercing damage. Green Egg Bomb (1-2 Chakra). The bird lays an egg that fills a 5 foot cube. As a bonus action, the bird may cause the egg to explode, forcing every creature within 30 feet to attempt a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 23 (4d8 + 5) force damage. On a success, they take half as much damage. The bird may spend 1 additional chakra to use this as a bonus action. Lightning Dust Flyby (6 Chakra). After flying at least 40 feet in a straight line, if creates an area of dust with an equal length, and a width and height of 20 feet that lasts for 1 minute. This area becomes heavily obscured, and any creature that ends their turn within it must attempt a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 8 (1d6 + 5) lightning damage.

A manifestation of the Animal Path of the Rinnegan's power, the drill-beaked bird rivals even the Snakes of Ryūchi Cave in size. While its use by the Sage of Six Paths is mostly unknown, it was used by Pain to overwhelm Gamaken to make an opening for the summoning ox, and later almost leveled a district of the Hidden Leaf Village before being taken down by a Sage Mode Rasenshuriken. When Nagato was revived by Kabuto, he summoned this beast in his fight with Itachi, Killer B, and Naruto, though Itachi's Amaterasu quickly eliminated the threat. |
