Thunderclap (Recharge 5-6). The cloudon creates a thunderclap. Each creature within 100 feet of the cloudon must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 10 (3d6) thunder damage and deafened until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't deafened.

Cloudons are living clouds that can support much more weight than your normal cloud. Found in The Sanctuary, these beings bring water to the sanctuary so that it may flourish. Anybody who disturbs The Sanctuary’s natural order is the enemy of a cloudon. They serve as slow, flying mounts for The Sanctuary’s inhabitants and are primarily used for freight.
