This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Chakra. Buntan has 18 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Buntan is targeted by an area effect that lets her make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails the save.

Ninja Speed. Buntan can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Silent Killing. Once per turn when Buntan has advantage on any one weapon attack roll that uses Dexterity, she may deal an additional 7 (2d6) damage.

Terrifying. While frightened of Hebiichigo by any means, creatures must attempt a DC 15 Charisma saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns. On a failure, they must make 1 attack of their choice against themself. This does not consume their action.

Meaning. While Buntan is within 5 feet of Shizuma, Shizuma takes half as much damage from all sources, and Buntan takes half as much damage as she reduced.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Buntan can make 2 unarmed strike or 3 kunai attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.

Shortsword. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage. Buntan may make one of these attacks as a bonus action.

Kiba. Melee Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 6) magical piercing damage. Buntan may make one attack with this weapon as a bonus action.

Kiba Blade Amplification (5 Chakra). As a bonus action, Kiba deal an extra 8 (2d6) lightning damage, and their reach increases by 5 feet for 1 hour. In addition, when Buntan casts a jutsu that requires use of Lightning Style, the range increases by 10 feet and it deals an additional 8 (2d6) lightning damage.

Kiba Jutsu Amplification (15 Chakra). As a bonus action when Buntan casts a jutsu that requires use of Lightning Style, she may double the jutsu's range or damage, grant a creature disadvantage against any 1 saving throw it incurs, or grant herself advantage on any 1 saving throw or attack roll it incurs.

Kunai. Thrown Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Buntan may spend up to 3 chakra when she takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit.

Transformation (1+ Chakra). Buntan becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object she has a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and she can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make an DC 15 Investigation check realize that she is transformed. If the creature saw her performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds.

Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Buntan's movement speed doubles, and her movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Buntan can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If she is submerged, she rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Killing Intent. Any creatures of Buntan's choice that can see or hear her must succeed a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or become frightened of her for 1 minute. Buntan may do this once, regaining all uses at the end of a long rest.

Lightning Ball (9+ Chakra). Buntan deals 5 (1d4 + 3) lightning damage to 3 creatures within 30 ft. of her. Buntan may target 1 additional creature for every 2 additional chakra spent. One target takes an additional 5 (2d4) damage.

Lightning Burial: Banquet of Lightning (6+ Chakra). One creature within 30 ft. takes 7 (1d6 + 4) lightning damage. This jutsu's range may pass through objects and attack creatures that Buntan is not aware of the location of. If she attempts to do so and such a creature does not exist, the closest creature within range takes the damage instead. Buntan may spend 3 chakra to deal an additional 3 (1d6) lightning damage.

Lightning Fish (7 Chakra). Buntan creates a Lightning Fish within 10 feet of her.

Lightning Strike Armor (8 Chakra). As a bonus action, Buntan gains a +3 bonus to AC (18 total). When a creature hits Buntan with a melee attack, it takes 7 (1d6 + 4) lightning damage. This lasts for 1 minute (concentration).

Thunderswords Technique: Remote Control (12 Chakra). Buntan manipulates any weapons she is wielding. She counts as wielding them in the same hands she was before using this jutsu, but she may move them up to 45 ft. on each of her turns up to 60 ft. from her, they move in relation to her when she moves, and may use them as if she were wielding them. Buntan must spend 1 chakra per weapon at the end of each of her turns to maintain this effect.

Attack of the Demon Blade (4 Chakra). As part of an attack with a weapon Buntan is proficient with against a restrained creature, she deals maximum damage, and the target is no longer restrained.

Dragon Tail Foot (3 Chakra). Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage and the target is forced 15 feet away from Buntan. This can be used as a bonus action immediately after damaging a creature with an attack with a weapon Buntan is proficient with.

Deadly Bite (1-4 Chakra). Buntan wields one light melee weapon in her mouth with no penalties. Buntan must spend 1 chakra at the beginning of each of her turns to maintain this effect. Buntan may increase this jutsu's use and maintenance cost by 1 to allow her to wield a non-light melee weapon, by 2 to allow her to wield a two-handed or heavy one-handed melee weapon, or by 3 to allow her to wield a two-handed heavy melee weapon.

Conjoined Twin Fangs (2 Chakra). For 1 minute, Buntan counts as wielding two weapons she could dual wield in separate hands, but her other hand counts as empty.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Buntan is hit by an attack and would take damage, she decreases the damage by 14 (1d10 + 9) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which she takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in her place and she takes any remaining damage from that attack. Buntan can reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

Daughter of Raiga Kurosuki, though he was never aware of her existence, Buntan Kurosuki was raised solely by her mother, who regularly abused her. Abandoning her small village, she made her way to the Hidden Mist Village where she met Shizuma. Idolizing him as a visionary, she joined him in in his revolution, stealing her father's swords along with the other New Seven Deadly Swordsmen, preparing to make their revolution known by attacking the Hidden Mist Memorial Stone. Before they could strike, however, they were confronted by Boruto, Chojuro, and Sarada, with Buntan taking on the latter. Keeping Sarada on the backfoot with her jutsu, Sarada only survived using her Sharingan's genjutsu and waiting for her lightning fish to separate a large amount of water into oxygen and hydrogen gas, using an explosive seal to defeat Buntan. As the mist cleared, she and her comrades were detained for rehabilitation.
