Saving Throws Str +9, Dex +9 Evasion. When the lightning fish is targeted by an area effect that lets it make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails the save. Ninja Speed. The lightning fish can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces. Unliving. The lightning fish is not alive in its own right. One creature within 90 feet capable of using Lightning Style must control it until the beginning of their next turn as an action for 1 chakra. If two creatures attempt to control it, the second creature must attempt a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to the first creature's jutsu saving throw DC, controlling it on a success. If the lightning fish is not being controlled, it dies instantly. Chakra Conduit. The chakra costs of the lightning fish's actions must be fulfilled by the creature controlling it, and any saving throws they incur have a DC equal to their controller's jutsu saving throw DC. Immutable Form. The lightning fish is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form. Magic Resistance. The lightning fish has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Magic Weapons. The lightning fish's weapon attacks count as magical for the sake of overcoming resistances. Aquatic. The lightning fish takes half as much damage from sources not within the same body of water as the lightning fish, and it deals twice as much damage to creatures that are. ACTIONSMultiattack. The lightning fish can make 2 unarmed strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) lightning damage. Body Flicker (2 Chakra). The lightning fish's movement speed doubles, and its movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Barrage (2 Chakra). As a bonus action, the lightning fish makes two unarmed strikes. Chakra Sense (5 Chakra). As a bonus action, the lightning fish takes the search action. When it does so, it may also attempt a DC 20 Acrobatics check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 30 feet of it. It feels a faint hum in the direction of the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by it. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.
