Summon Salesman
2nd-level Conjuration (ritual)
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 10 feet
Components: Verbal, Somatic
Duration: 1 hour (However you always summon the same salesman and they remember all your interactions with them.)

You call a salesman from the City of Brass or even stranger markets. They cannot die - if they reach 0 hp they are dispelled but will return fine the next time you cast this spell.

You may summon the salesman to buy goods or to sell them, but not both.

If the salesman is buying goods he will initially offer one half of the asking price or the value*, but he can be bargained up to the value of the item with a Persuasion check with a DC equal to your Spell Save DC. The salesman can't pay more than 1000 GP in a single summoning.

If you summon the salesman to sell goods they have a limit of the value of goods they can sell up to 1000 GP of goods in a single summoning.

The salesman does not carry the gold on their person and it is summoned only when the exchange is completed. Money given as part of an exchange disappears in a similar manner.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3 or higher the transaction limit increases by 1000 gp.

\*errata they will offer the value of the item if it is lower then half the asking price
