Generates a large waterspout at a target location up to 120ft away.
All creatures within 5 ft of the waterspout must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d8 bludgeoning damage per turn, and are sucked upwards into the air for up to 20ft. On a successful save, they take half damage and are only sucked up 10 ft, but are ejected from the waterspout up to 5d6 ft away.
All creatures within 15 ft of the waterspout must also make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, they are pulled 10ft towards the waterspout.
As an action, you can also command the waterspout to move to a ground location up to 20ft away, with a maximum of 20ft of elevation difference for each time it moves.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage of this spell increases by 1d8, and the movement range of the waterspout increases by 5 ft, per spell level above 4th.
