Flight (1 Ki Point). As a bonus action, Videl gains a flying speed equal to his movement speed.

REACTIONS

Deflect Missile. When Videl is hit by a ranged attack, reducing its damage by 15 (1d10 + 10). If this reduces it to 0, she may make an unarmed strike with a range of 20/60 feet.

Exchange Blows (2 Ki Points) When an attack roll is made against Videl, she makes an unarmed attack against the attacker.

As tough and stubborn as a boulder, Videl grew up with instant fame as the daughter of the great Mr. Satan, where she had to learn quickly not to take flack from anyone. Having doubts about her father's claim to defeating Cell, she eventually reasoned that one of her own classmates, Gohan, was both the one who had done the deed, as well as being their hometown's legendary Great Saiyaman. Confronting him, he admitted the truth, and offered to teach her the secrets of ki after she applied some light blackmail. Despite not having long to hone her abilities before the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, she was able to quickly learn ki blasts, flight, and the ability to apply ki to numerous physical maneuvers. After the defeat of Buu, she assisted Gohan, her now husband, in protecting the world from crime as the mighty Great Saiyawoman. The two would go on to have a single child, a daughter named Pan.
