Wondrous item, unique (requires attunement by an alchemist of transmutation)

The Philosopher's Stone, also known as 'The Red Stone', 'The Fifth Element', and so forth, is able to be created by an alchemist of transmutation, to be used for all means of Alchemy. Though in order to make such an item, one must have moral absence, due to the many sacrifices that must be made to make one, with its power varying depending on the sacrifice. Though one must be a alchemist of transmutation in order to use it. The Philosopher's Stone's Size is determined by the amount of people sacrificed in order to make it, though may vary in form (liquid, or solid), as well as shape, though is always the color of a Dark Crimson.

Soul Exchange. The Alchemic Stamina created within the Philosophers Stone is equal to 5 times the number of humanoids killed within the transmutation circle required to make the Philosophers Stone. Though the stone is unable to regain Alchemical Stamina once it has been expended, and once out of Alchemical Stamina the Philosopher's Stone crumbles to dust and disappears.

Above Transmutation Circles. When you are holding this stone you are able to ignore the requirement of drawing Transmutation Circles in order to use Transmutations. As such, Small Circles and Medium Circles only require a Bonus Action, while a Large Circle only requires an Action in order to use. A Transmutation Etching of a Small Circle now uses a Free Action.

Ignoration of Law. When you are using the Philosopher's Stone, you no longer need to stick to the Laws of Equivalent Exchange. You are no longer limited by the base amount of Pounds that an Alchemist may influence through 'The Law of Equivalent Exchange'. When using the 'Manipulate Element' transmutation circle, you are no longer limited by the base makeup of the initial material.

Improved Attack. As a bonus action for 20 Alchemical Stamina within the stone, the user may gain a +1 bonus to their transmutation attack modifier or transmutation save DC until their next long rest. This bonus increases by +1 for every 10 additional Alchemical Stamina spent to a maximum of 60.

Supreme Alchemical Healing. As an action for 15 Alchemical Stamina within the stone, the wielder of the Philosopher's Stone may heal themselves or another creature (including undead and constructs) for 2d10 + 20 + the user's level + the user's Intelligence modifier + user's proficiency bonus hit points. This increases by 1d10 hit points for every 15 additional Alchemical Stamina spent to a maximum of 90 Alchemical Stamina to 7d10 + 20 + the user's level + the user's Intelligence modifier + user's proficiency bonus hit points. If the healing exceeds the target's Maximum Hit Points, it does not gain temporary hit points, as the additional hit points do nothing.

Alchemically Boosted Reaction. As a Reaction, if the wielder of the Philosopher's Stone uses 40 Alchemical Stamina granted by the stone, they may automatically succeed one Saving Throw of their choice.

Alchemical Knowledge. While attuned to this item, your Intelligence (Arcana), Intelligence (Nature), and Wisdom (Medicine) Checks having to do with the Philosopher's Stone gain a +3 bonus.

Aid those Alive. As long as the wielder of the Philosopher's Stone has 70 Alchemical Stamina, they are able to use this ability. Once per day as an Action, you may choose a Circle of 20 ft. within a range of 120 ft. from you, all creatures within the circle lose any effects of your choice. Any creatures healed in this way are permanently healed, even if the Philosopher's Stone is destroyed.

Destruction of the Philosopher's Stone. Upon all Alchemical Stamina being used within the Philosopher's Stone, the Stone is destroyed, and any buffs applied via the Philosopher's Stone are now gone. Upon the destruction of the Philosopher's Stone, you gain a level of exhaustion, and all Transmutation Circles cost double for the next 12 hours unless another Philosopher's Stone is attuned to.
