Stand Proud Focus. Rocks takes 3 less damage from from non magical piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning damage. They also gain advantage on saving throws against being Charmed, Frightened, and Paralyzed.

Exchange Blows. When Rocks takes damage from a hostile creature or as a bonus action, she makes a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. On a success, she can make 1 additional melee attack on each of her turns. She can only have up to 3 "Exchange Blows Stacks" at once. Using extra attacks during her turn does not consume the stacks. She may spend 1 stack to make a melee attack against creature without using a reaction. All stacks are lost once initiative ends.

Exploit the Armor. When Rocks successfully hits a creature with a melee attack, her melee attack rolls gain a +1 bonus against the target for 24 hours. This can stack up to +5.

Spirit Points. Rocks has 3 Spirit Points which he can expend. All spirit points are regained at the end of a long rest.

617. Rocks memorizes the "mental number" of any creature she touches. Once memorized, she is able to telepathically communicate verbally with up to 4 creatures over any distance. She may change 1 creature she is communicating with as an action or bonus action. Creatures may choose to deny this “telepathic link”. When a creature denies a telepathic link, Rocks may make a Charisma saving throw with a DC equal to their passive Perception, creating the link until the beginning of her next turn. This communication happens instantaneously, allowing for hours of deliberation to happen in moments.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Psionic Blast (1 Spirit Point). Any creatures of Rocks' choice with a telepathic link with her must must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they take 7 (1d6 + 4) psychic damage. Rocks may deal an additional amount of damage equal to the number of creatures she is telepathically communicating with but not actively targeting with this effect.

Direct Connection (2 Spirit Points). Any creatures of Rocks' choice that have a telepathic link with her has their Intelligence, Wisdom, and Dexterity scores increased by +5 for 1 minute.

Direct Control (1 Spirit Point). While Rocks has a telepathic link with a creature, she may force them to attempt a DC 15 Charisma saving throw. On a failure, she controls them on each of their turns for 1 minute. They may retry this saving throw at the each of their turns, ending this effect on a success. Rocks may only have 1 creature under this effect at a time.

Design Note: The following is a work of fiction, any resemblance to real world people or events is wholly coincidental. Everything was chosen to resemble Hirohiko Araki's bizarre flavor of hyperfixation.

Born Rocks Galena Anne on September 23rd, 1991 to a car dealer father Marcus Anne and gun store owner mother Evangelina, Rocks was fascinated by the local Paleon Museum as a small child, particularly by Stephanie, a triceratops discovered by the museum's curator Sean Smith. The mystery and intrigue in unearthing what would appear to anyone else as normal rocks and confidently declaring them to be the remains of something nobody had ever truly seen was so compelling, it would set her on a track of bizarre adventures for the rest of her life. Her interest in unearthing and understanding the unknown morphed into a devotion to reruns of Forensic Files in 2002, which quickly developed into an interest in other true crime content. Every piece of her life was dedicated to understanding the mystery behind it, from understanding the interaction between fluid dynamics and human musculature in her swim class, to dissecting the inner-workings of her closest friends' psyche (with consent, of course). To others, she had the uncanny ability to read her mind, but to her, she could simply read people to the point of being able to think exactly what they were thinking.

By her junior year of high school in 2008, she was working alongside the police in her hometown to help solve a series of homicides. In all cases, there were no signs of a break-in or struggle, and each of the bodies were found exactly one week apart in a relatively busy part of the town, including one at their very own police station and another at the skate part, despite nobody seeing anything suspicious in the area in person or on surveillance; it was almost as if the bodies had just appeared there. The only major public area a body hadn't been found in yet were two churches. Despite one Glenrock Quaker Congregation being far more populous, serving the majority of the town, Rock was certain that the next body would appear in the far less attended church: the Irvingist Assembly of Glenrock. While the police's limited manpower discretely surrounded their target, preparing for a stakeout, Rocks went alone to her own, telling the local 911 operators, whom she unsurprisingly knew in person, to send the force as soon as her number came up. To her satisfaction, she was correct, but not in the way she expected.

She believed that the killer was simply discretely moving them, and that the small-town nature of Glenrock, as well as poor security, allowed them to move unnoticed. Instead, a blood red portal opened up above the empty cross hanging above her, depositing a body and a pair of gloved hands attempting to nail it to said cross. Before she could hit her flip phone's call button, before she could even think, she bolted for the portal. Leaping through it, she was met face to face with a man radiating sinister aura, covered in blood. Awakening her Stand to the point of being able to produce minor psychic blasts and enhancing her physical abilities through slowed time perception, she did her best to defeat the menace, but fell just short. Leaving her opponent in no shape to finish her off, he fled, mentioning something on a brand new phone about New York.

At her graduation, she was approached by a man in a black suit claiming to be part of a "Speedwagon Foundation", presenting her with more cash than she had ever seen in her life and offering her to become a permanent part of their New York branch.
