Chakra. The dog has 14 chakra points which they can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Keen Sense. The dog has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Canine. The dog has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the beast's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The dog makes two attacks with its unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) piercing damage.

Cable Strike (0-1 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) piercing damage. The dog may spend 1 additional chakra on a hit to move anywhere within 5 ft. of the target in a straight line.

Dance of the Dust Cloud (2 Chakra). The dog uses its front paws to create a large cloud of dust. All friendly creatures in a 10 ft. radius can make a Stealth check with advantage as a reaction.

Chakra Fang (2+ Chakra). Melee Spell attack +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit 9 (3d4 + 1) magical piercing damage. For each chakra point spent above 2, the dog may deal an additional 3 (1d4) damage.

Basic Taijutsu Technique (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, the dog makes two unarmed strikes

Leaf Gust (8 Chakra). The dog makes an unarmed strike against every creature within 5 feet.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, the dog gains the ability to move across any liquid surface— such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava— as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat) for 1 minute. If the dog casts this Jutsu while submerged in a liquid, the Jutsu carries it to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Additionally, their movement speed increases by half its total (rounded down), and attacks of opportunity against them have disadvantage.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When the dog is hit by an attack and would take damage, they decrease the damage by 9 (1d10 + 4) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which they take the Hide action. A generic object is left in their place and they take any remaining damage from that attack. The dog can reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

Much like San's bird, Ni possesses two ninken that have been enhanced with technology by Hiruko's Chimera Technique, including armor plating and spiked cable launchers.
