Conjuration cantrip | |
Casting time: | 1 action |
---|---|
Range: | 30 feet |
Components: | V,S |
Duration: | 1 minute |
You create a volatile patch of energy in a 5-foot square that you can see within range. For the duration, the affected space glows with fluctuating orange light. Any creature in the magi mine's space when you cast the spell must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 force damage. A creature must also make the saving throw when it enters the magi mine's space for the first time on a turn. After the summoned mine is triggered, this spell ends.
When you cast this spell, you can designate creatures that don't trigger the mine, such as yourself and another creature.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have no more than three magi mines active at the same time, and you can dismiss an individual mine as an action.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
