The caster cloaks themselves within the water's flow, quickly delving inside a body of water. At the end of the caster's turn, or when they wish to end the spell, they emerge at their current space, inflicting all creatures within 5ft around them with the soaked condition. Additionally, while cloaked you also gain the following properties for the duration.
- While cloaked, the caster does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
- While in water form you may not cast any spells, use any objects or items, or attack.
- Any gear you have with you may either transform with you or be left behind.
- While under the effects of this spell you may move across water as if water walk was cast.
- While cloaked you can move through both hostile and friendly creature's space and can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level you double your movement speed. When cast at the 4th level, the duration becomes one minute and the spell now requires concentration. When cast at 5th tier, you may use this spell as a reaction to being attacked and all creatures who attack you for this spell's duration have disadvantage on their attack rolls.
