You deftly pull moisture from the air, which briefly solidifies into a blade you can use for a single strike. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 cold damage and 1d4 slashing damage. The blade then shatters apart, vaporizing back into the air.
Both this spell's cold damage and slashing damage increase by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4 and 2d4), 11th level (3d4 and 3d4), and 17th level (4d4 and 4d4).
