As a bonus action when a friendly creature attempts to knock a creature within 5 feet prone, the target has disadvantage if the effect is a saving throw, or the friendly creature has advantage if it is an an attack roll or skill check. Ninja Art: Poison Fog (10 Chakra). Ibuse exhales a 15 ft. radius cloud of thick purple gas up to 30 ft. from him that lasts for 1 minute (concentration). For any creature that doesn't have levels in the Path of the Assassin, this area is considered heavily obscured beyond 5 feet. When this jutsu is cast, and again when they end their turn in this cloud, any creatures within the cloud must attempt a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they become poisoned until the end of their next turn. While poisoned in this way, they are paralyzed and take 6 (1d4 + 4) poison damage at the beginning of each of their turns. REACTIONSIron Mountain Leaning (3 Chakra). When a friendly creature attempts to knock a creature within 5 feet prone, the target has disadvantage if the effect is a saving throw, or the friendly creature has advantage if it is an an attack roll or skill check. |
A member of an incredibly rare species of giant poisonous salamander, Ibuse is the summon of Hanzo the Salamander. Known to be able to take on the Sannin alongside its master, giving them their title in one such fight, and being a major force in developing Chiyo's mastery of treating poison, it's arguable that he and Hanzo are equal in power. |
