You let loose a horribly echoing shout to all creatures within range. All hostile creatures within range must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 3d8 thunder damage and 3d8 Psychic damage, or half as much on a success. Additionally, if the caster is under the effects of the thaumaturgy spell, or any other spell or feature which makes their voice louder, increase the size of the damage die to 3d10 instead of 3d8 for both the thunder and Psychic damage.
At Higher Levels. For every tier above 2nd, increase the Thunder and Psychic damage by 1d8 and increased its range by an additional 5ft.
