Chakra. The hound has 35 chakra points which it can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion/Brawn. When the hound is targeted by an area effect that lets him make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails the save.

Ninja Speed. The hound can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Canine. The hound has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the beast's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The hound makes 3 attacks with its claws.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) magical piercing damage.

Dance of the Dust Cloud (2 Chakra). The hound uses its front paws to create a large cloud of dust. All friendly creatures in a 10 ft. radius can make a Stealth check with advantage as a reaction.

Chakra Fang (2+ Chakra). Melee Spell attack +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit 11 (3d4 + 3) magical piercing damage. For each chakra point spent above 2, the hound may deal an additional 3 (1d4) damage.

Leaf Gust (8 Chakra). the hound makes an unarmed strike against every creature within 30 feet.

Leaf Great Flash (5 Chakra). Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: The target moves 30 feet in a direction of the hound's choice.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, the hound gains the ability to move across any liquid surface— such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava— as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat) for 1 minute. If the hound casts this Jutsu while submerged in a liquid, the Jutsu carries it to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Additionally, its movement speed increases by half its total (rounded down), and attacks of opportunity against it have disadvantage.

Leaf Rock-Destroying Rise (4 Chakra). As a bonus action, the hound unarmed strikes deal twice as much damage to objects, and half as much damage to creatures, until the beginning of its next turn.

Iron Mountain Leaning (3 Chakra). As a bonus action when a friendly creature attempts to knock a creature within 5 feet prone, the target has disadvantage if the effect is a saving throw, or the friendly creature has advantage if it is an an attack roll or skill check.

Exploding Flame Shot (4 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 60 ft., three targets. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 1) fire damage and at the start of its turn, the target takes 3 (1d6) fire damage. At the end of each of its turns, the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a successful save, it's no longer on fire. If the target or a creature within 5 feet of it uses an action to put out the flames, or if some other effect douses the flames (such as the target being submerged in water), it is no longer on fire.

REACTIONS

Iron Mountain Leaning (3 Chakra). When a friendly creature attempts to knock a creature within 5 feet prone, the target has disadvantage if the effect is a saving throw, or the friendly creature has advantage if it is an an attack roll or skill check.

The guardian of Hozuki Castle in the Land of Grass, the Hozuki Hound is a massive, two-headed beast that may predate the prison itself. Loyal only to its various summoners, it deals with escapees of its territory with a playful viciousness.
