Hemorrhage
3rd-level Conjuration
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: 1 minute

For the briefest of moments, you manifest very small, extremely sharp objects inside each creature of your choice within range that you can see. Each affected creature must make a Constitution saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d4 blood damage[1], and takes an additional 1 blood damage[2] at the start of each of its turns for the next minute. This effect ends on a creature if that creature regains hit points.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the immediate damage dealt increases by 1d4 and the damage over time increases by 1 for each slot level above 3rd.
