Chakra. Fuyo has 14 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Chakra Sense. When Fuyo takes the search action, she may also attempt a DC 13 Arcana check to locate living creatures and magical effects within 90 feet. He see a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by him. This effect can penetrate most barriers, but is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Umbrella. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning or piercing damage.

Kunai (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage. Fuyo may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Fuyo may spend 2 additional chakra to allow her to spend any number of chakra points on these additional attacks, but may only make 1 attack against each creature within range.

Basic Taijutsu Technique (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Fuyo makes two unarmed strikes

Leaf Gust (8 Chakra). Fuyo makes an unarmed strike against every creature within 5 feet.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Fuyo gains the ability to move across any liquid surface— such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava— as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat) for 1 minute. If Fuyo casts this Jutsu while submerged in a liquid, the Jutsu carries her to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Additionally, her movement speed increases by half its total (rounded down), and attacks of opportunity against him have disadvantage.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Fuyo is hit by an attack and would take damage, he decreases the damage by 9 (1d10 + 4) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which he takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in his place and he takes any remaining damage from that attack. Fuyo can add reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

One of many genin loyal to Pain's Hidden Rain Village, Fuyo and her teammates Suiren and Ajisai joined the Hidden Leaf and Sand Villages' joint Chunin Exams in order to gather intel on any present jinchuriki. Satisfied with the outcome of her mission, Konan assigned Team Ajisai to their first S-Rank mission, which they would later die on.
