Medium humanoid (Han), lawful neutral Armor Class 15 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dex +5, Int +4 Chakra. Futsu has 13 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. ACTIONSUnarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage. Shuriken (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d3 + 3) slashing damage. Futsu may spend up to 3 chakra when they take this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional shuriken deals 2 (1d3 + 1) piercing damage on a hit. Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Kakashi can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If he is submerged, he rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Transformation (1+ Chakra). Futsu becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object they have a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and they can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 12 Investigation check realize that they are transformed. If the creature saw them performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds. Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Futsu's movement speed doubles, and their movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Solid Fog (5+ Chakra). Futsu creates a 15 foot radius of fog that lasts for 1 minute (concentration). When he casts this jutsu, and again at the beginning of each of his turns, any creatures within the cloud without this jutsu must succeed a DC 12 Constitution saving throw with disadvantage. On a failure, they take 15 (5d4 + 2) acid damage. On a success, they take half as much damage. Futsu may increase this jutsu's damage by 2 (1d4) for every 3 additional chakra points, or decrease it by 2 (1d4), causing Futsu to regain 3 chakra points, as a bonus action. If Futsu reduces this jutsu below 0, it automatically ends. Dissolving Exploding Fog (3 Chakra). As a bonus action while Solid Fog is active, one creature within the cloud must attempt a DC 12 Strength saving throw. On a failure, they take Solid Fog's damage, the die of which increases to d6's. On a success, they take half as much damage. Immediately after using this jutsu, Solid Fog ends. REACTIONSSubstitution (3+ Chakra). When Futsu is hit by an attack and would take damage, they decrease the damage by 9 (1d10 + 4) and teleport up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which they take the Hide action. A generic object is left in their place and they take any remaining damage from that attack. Futsu can add reduce this damage by an additional 5 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost. |
One of the strongest of En Oyashiro's child gladiators after Chino and Futsu's breakout, Futsu descends from a small clan of Vapor Style users. When Sasuke Uchiha arrived at the Coliseum to get information out of En, Futsu was set to challenge him, with the given reason of matching his strongest against Sasuke to gain a new powerful gladiator, though En knew Futsu could not win and that Sasuke was his best chance at lasting freedom. After the fight, the two discussed in a secluded room information regarding Chino and Futsu, but only after Sasuke agreed to fight Futsu again and free him. |
