You charge a flask of liquor in your hand with unstable arcane energy, and lob, roll, or skip it to a point on the ground within range. The flask detonates at its destination with a blinding flash and a deafening boom which can be heard up to 300 feet away. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, the target is blinded and deafened for the duration.
Creatures that fail their save by 5 or more also fall prone.
Creatures that fail their save by 10 or more become stunned for the same duration.
