Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: 1 Round

You twist time and space in a 10-foot radius circle, causing all movement in the area to be halved. Each creature in the circle makes a Charisma saving throw. On a fail, creatures concentrating on spells are immediately interrupted. Creatures that fail the saving throw cannot cast spells for another round after dissonance field disappears.
