Depression spell is a touch based spell that will debuff up to one enemy. The enemy that is effected will become depressed and lethargic, and will have disadvantage on all attack rolls for one minute.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher you may select +1 enemy to affect per level higher spell slot.
