Clinging Slime

Duration: 1 minute

You hurl a glob of sticky sludge toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the sludge clings to the target. At the start of each of the target's turns, it takes 1d4 acid damage. A creature can use its action to remove the slime with a successful Dexterity check against your spell save DC, ending the spell early on a success.

The spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
