Spirit Points. The parasite has 1 spirit point which it may expend. It regains all spirit points at the end of a long rest.

Pack Tactics. The parasite has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the parasite's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Tactile Sensor. The parasite can't use its blindsight while it can not smell.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 piercing damage.

Parasitize (1 Spirit Point). As a bonus action immediately after the parasite deals damage to a creature that is not a construct, elemental, or undead, the target must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they are charmed and resistant to piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning damage from nonmagical attacks and the parasite attaches to one of the creature's body parts for 1 minute or until the parasite or body part is reduced to 0 hit points.

the Dress Organization's ultimate weapon, the Baoh parasite can turn any man into a walking superweapon under the right conditions. Having been created through forced evolution, they are able to completely override their target's nervous system, covering them in a thick layer of a physically-resistant coating.

Variant: Symbiotic Baoh Parasite

Typically a Baoh parasite will completely take over the target with a form of "mental anesthesia", but under very specific conditions, an individual may form a symbiotic relationship with their parasite. A synchronized Baoh parasite should be treated like a Very Rare piece of treasure.

When the parasite uses its Parasitize action on a creature, it instantly becomes a part of them. They gain the 1st level features of the Sideshow class, and must choose the Baoh Armed Phenomenon Show, or their spirit point maximum increases by 4 if they are already capable of manifesting Baoh Armed Phenomena. A creature may only gain the above effects once, even if they fuse with multiple parasites.
