Cursed Energy. The Quuen Ant Curse has 111 cursed energy that it can use to fuel its abilities. All of its cursed energy is replenished at the end of a long rest.

Cursed Energy Recovery. The Ant Queen Curse regains 1 cursed energy at the beginning of each of its turns.

Cursed Attack. The Ant Queen Curse's attacks are considered magical.

Tunnel Nature. When the Ant Queen Curse is in Dim Light or Darkness it counts as invisible and has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Hidden In The Nest When the Ant Queen Curse makes an Arcana check, to look for cursed energy, it gain +8 to it. When a creature is making an Arcana check to look for the Ant Queen Curse, they gain -4 to the roll.

Cursed Enhanced Body Ant Queen Curse's entire body is enhanced by cursed energy, making it excel in tasks people who train their bodies all their lives can't. It gains the following benefits:

  • When attacking with its unarmed strikes or weapons you are proficient with, it may add 4 to its attack and damage rolls. This only applies if it currently has 1 cursed energy or more.

Human Wall. The Ant Queen Curse has advantage against Constitution saving throws.

Strong Body. The Ant Queen Curse reduces all non-magical damage it takes but psychic by 8. If the Ant Queen Curse is benefitting from cursed armor, they also reduce magical damage.

Cursed Energy Reinforcement. When the Ant Queen Curse makes a Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence or Wisdom ability check, it may use its Charisma as its ability score for the check if it was higher.

Royal Cursed Energy When the Ant Queen Curse is under the effects of Cursed Armor it gains the following benefits:

  • The Ant Queen Curse gains advantage on Strength saving throws
  • It will count as a size larger for carrying and pushing.
  • Its Bash and Slam will do an extra 14 (4d6) necrotic damage.

Cursed Armor. Ant Queen Curse can spend up to 8 cursed energy to give itself temporary hit points equal to the cursed energy spent times 10 for 1 minute (no action required). The Ant Quen Curse can only benefit from this feature again after 1 minute or having its temporary hit points reduced to 0.

Strong Exoskeleton As long as the curse is above half heath it gains +3 AC, and lose 10ft movement speed. (This is already acounted for in the sheet.)

Invisible Force. The Ant Queen Curse is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning it is invisible. Creatures with levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who can see into the Ethereal Plane can see the curse. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation(less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see you.

Hard to Kill (1/long rest). If the Ant Queen Curse is reduced to 0 hit points, it can choose to drop to 1 hit point instead and is considered stable. This feature does not work if the damage that had reduced it to 0 hit points was radiant damage.

Pheromones When The Ant Queen Curse is within a 25ft radius around another creature with the feature Pheromones, it gains advangde on melee attack rolls.

Intuition. Whenever the Ant Queen Curse makes a Wisdom saving throw, it takes half as much damage on a failure and no damage on a success.

Colossal Physique.

  • The Ant Queen Curse will count as two sizes larger for the purposes of grappling, shoving, disarming and the weight you can carry, push, drag, or lift.
  • Any attack roll the Ant Quuen Curse makes which uses Strength deals twice as much damage to objects and structures.
  • The Ant Queen Curse has learned to put its weight behind an attack and launch an opponent a considerable distance. Once per turn as part of a successful melee attack, the Ant Queen Curse can force the creature hit to make a DC 18 Strength saving throw. On a failure, they are knocked back 40ft feet in a direction of its choice. If the creature collides with an unsecured object or structure, then the creature and the unsecured object or structure receive 4 (1d6) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet the creature had left to travel after colliding with the surface. If it was another creature, they instead both take damage equal to half of its damage roll (rounded down). If the attack was a critical hit, the creature automatically fails their saving throw and are knocked back twice the distance.
  • Whenever the Ant Queen Curse makes a Strength check or saving throw, it can give itself advantage on the roll. It can do this 4 times, regaining all uses after taking a long rest.

Strong Body. The Ant Queen Curse will reduce all damage it takes but psychic or thunder by 8. Attacks using Cursed Energy or magic can bypass this.

Mandibles When the Ant Queen Curse lands a successful melee attack it can choose the target to make a DC 20 Strength save, if they fail then they are grappled, when the creature is grappled the Ant Queen Curse gains +7 extra to hit with Bite.

Queen's Orders When a creature with the feature Pheromones rolls initiative while inside a 45ft radius of the Ant Queen Curse, they gain +4 to the roll.

Advanced Pheromones When a creature takes damage from an attack that uses Cursed Energy by the Ant Queen Curse. It chooses between what DC 22 Wisdom save the target will need to make. With the options being (frightened), (charmed) or (berserk).

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 4) Piercing damage.

Cursed Bite (2 Cursed Energy). the curse uses Bite, and gains + 14 (3d8) necrotic damage on the attack.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: DC 22 Dexterity saving throw, 25ft radius around the curse., one target. Fail: 34 (4d12 + 8) Blugeoning damage.

Scent Of The Monarch (8 Cursed Energy) Every creature within 25 radius with the feature Pheromone will for the next 1 minute gain the following benefits:

Larva Summon (5 Cursed Energy) The Ant Queen Curse can as a full-turn action make a Ant Larva Curse with in a 5ft cone behinds it. The Larva's Grown Table will start at 3.

Call For Back Up (6 Cursed Energy) The Ant Queen yells and two curses from either the level above and will come and help it. (To look at levels, look at the Layer Table)

Leg Strike The Ant Queen Curse stomps on the ground and every creature in a 10ft radius around the Ant Queen Curse makes a DC 18 Dexterity save, if they fail they take 21 (6d6) Bludgeoning damage + 14 (3d8) Necrotic damage.

BONUS ACTIONS

Cursed Blast of Blows (3 Cursed Energy). Immediately after taking the Attack action on their turn, the Ant Queen Curse can perform two Bite's, Cursed Bite's or Slam attacks as a bonus action.

Cursed Patient Defense (3 Cursed Energy). The Ant Queen Curse takes the Dodge action.

Cursed Wind Step (3 Cursed Energy). The Ant Queen Curse takes the Disengage or Dash action, and it's jump distance is doubled until the end of its turn

Advanced Regeneration. The Ant Queen Curse can spend up any amount of Cursed Energy, regaining hit points equal to 15 times the amount spent.

REACTIONS

Human Wall. (8/Long rest As a reaction upon hitting 0 hit points, the Ant Queen Curse can spend a hit die to fall to the amount rolled in hit points.

The Ant Queen Curse is a manifestation of dominion and fertility living inside her Anthill. It represents a terrifying balance of creation and destruction. The queen is both a creator and a destroyer, capable of birthing an endless legion of cursed ants that will obey her every command, ravaging the world around her. Her pheromones are not merely a tool of communication—they are a sign of her eternal influence, spreading far and wide, marking the land with her touch. She sends them throughout the anthill to command her legion.

Any who wield her curse find themselves unable to escape her insidious grip. The longer they use her power, the more they become bound to the queen’s will, slowly losing themselves in a sea of ants. The curse twists their minds, warping them into puppets of the queen’s hunger for more.

The Anthill works on a layer concept where diffrint ants live and work, to look at this layer system, look at the table below.

Layer level 1 This layer all the worker ants is found, around 10-15 Ant Curse's and 5 Drone Ant Curses's can be found here
Layer level 2 This layer all the worker ants is found, around 1-10 Ant Curse's can be found here and around 10 Drone Ant Curses's is also on this level
Layer level 3 This is deeper where the more tough live, you are able to find around 2-8 Soldier Ant Curse's roam around on this level.
Layer level 4 This is the nest of the hive, where 2-6 Babysitter Ant Curse's can be found with around 10-15 Ant Larva Curse's sit and wait to hatch.
Layer level 5 At the heart of the hive the Ant Queen Curse resides.

Not Canon. The Ant Queen Curse is not an official cursed spirit demonstrated in the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, it was completely made up by the people working behind this supplement. It is intended to populate campaigns in an absence of enough official material, and as such was properly balanced for any DM to use in their Jujutsu Campaign.
