Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (a quartz crystal worth 25gp)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

A bright flash of light emerges from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range, turning into a violent blast of electricity. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw, or take 4d8 lightning damage on a failed save, half as much damage on a success.

Additionally, if a creature fails the save, they become deafened. If they fail by 5 or more, they are also blinded, and if they fail by 10 or more, they are stunned on top of all that. At the start of an afflicted creature's turn, they can attempt a Constitution saving throw, ending the effect on a success. It also ends when the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial damage of this spell increases by 1d8 per spell level above 4th.
